Welcome to Live Wire Powder Coating, LLC.  We are a locally owned and operated business, located just minutes from downtown Wilmington at 161 Poole Rd in Leland, NC. Since 2007 we have been dedicated to serving Eastern NC & SC with beautiful, long lasting finishes on virtually any type of metal. We offer hundreds of colors and textures to choose from including mattes, flats, metallics, veins, hammertones, wrinkles, and high gloss finishes. To ensure a long lasting and durable finish, we offer media blasting as well as a four step heat pre-treatment process, followed by pre-heating or “outgassing” the items to be coated. Powder coating is an environmentally friendly process unlike solvent-based wet paint systems. With EPA regulations growing ever stricter, powder coating is fast becoming the technology of choice. Since the powder coating process does not use solvents in any way, VOC emission problems are eliminated.
